This is a short selection of my photo coverage of “Riff” dance performance
at the DansCentrumJette during the 2012 Jetherfst Festival.

Nourished by her past with the Pina Bausch Dance Theater, Dominique
Duszynski presents “Riff”, a duet that arrives like an onomatopoeia, like
a whistling, like a “rhythmic refrain”. Two generations of women compose
with time and its forms. Time is the element that is always present but
one cannot stop. Time pulls apart but also brings together. Time is the
obvious detail.
